Washington State Concerns of Police Survivors (WAStateC.O.P.S.) in collaboration with BehindtheBadge Foundation, Port of Seattle Police Department, Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission and others, has been invited to host Zechariah Cartledge of Running 4 Heroes Inc. for a run to honor Washington State First Responders while on a layover in Seattle on Friday, March 3.
