C.O.P.S. Suicide Survivors Fall Retreat

Loading Events

The Suicide Survivors Fall Retreat is co-hosted by C.O.P.S. and Survivors of Blue Suicide Foundation.

This retreat is planned for surviving parents, step-parents, siblings, grandparents and other extended family members of law enforcement suicide. Other relatives and friends are not eligible to attend.

You will spend the weekend bonding and receiving support from others who genuinely know how you feel, attending sessions designed for your needs, participating in activities that challenge your limits, and unwinding in a stress free environment. It is our goal for you to leave the retreat feeling relaxed with a support system of peers and knowledge to help you in the future.

Session Examples

  •      How to Cope with Losing a Child
  •      Fighting the Stigma
  •      Stress management
  •      Coping with the Why’s
